At present, the company's machining department has 48 machining equipment, including 3 vertical machining centers, 25 CNC lathes, 5 ordinary lathes, 1 precision grinder, 1 digital projector jvb250, pressure testing machine, Pt detection, other processing equipment hydraulic machine 100T 1units, 200T 2units, 2 broaching machines, 2 multi head drills, 1 multi position milling machine, etc.
The company is specially equipped with high-precision measuring instruments such as digital projector, hardness meter, digital height meter, digital measurement meter, contour meter, balancing machine, CMM, magnetic particle flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, etc., which can meet the requirements of various processing accuracy tests.
at the beginning,there is only 2sets of lathes, and can machine small few parts, and after earing some money, we bought equipments with these money, every year we increase one or two equipments, for example,in 2019year, one client asked to make CMM inspection,so we bought CMM ,we have 3 vertical machining centers,25CNC lathes,5 lathes,1 precision grinder,1 digital projector jvb250,pressure testing machine,pt detection,processing equipment hydraulic machine 100T1 unit,200T 2sets,2 broaching machines,2 multi head drills,1 multi position milling machine, digital projector, hardness meter, digital height meter, digital measurement meter, contour meter, balancing machine, CMM, magnetic particle flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, etc., which can meet the requirements of various processing accuracy tests.If user need the equipments,we will buy it in the case of enough demanded quantity.
Before manufacturing ,we must confirm material chemical and mechanical property. and for some international grade materials ,Chinese material maybe not meet the property ,we will make test bars to test for being sure the materials can fully meet customers' requirements.
After finishing products,we will provide size and material insepction report to Customers.
