Advantage

New ESP Sensor has good expansibility:

1. Working with Downhole flowmeter

ESP gauge can work with downhole flowmeter, flowmeter sub monitors the discharge pressure, temperature, and flowmeter. The ESP gauge package the data from flowmeter then transfer to surface panel.

Flowmeter connect to ESP gauge with single-core signal cable, and use mechanical sealing for connector.

2. Working with Downhole PT sensor

ESP Downhole gauge can work with downhole Pressure-Temperature sensor (PT sensor). PT sensor with slim design (OD<20mm), 1 ESP gauge can working with more than 3 PT sensors.

It can monitor the reservoir pressure and temperature if PT sensor install at reservoir depth.

3. Working with Realtime RPM and rotation Sensor module

ESP gauge read the ESP running RPM and rotation with RPM sensor module. The RPM sensor module install at motor base and no changing mechanical size. The RPM sensor module can design as remote sub and install other location with ESP string.
